Bank Of Baroda — Injustice and over charging

Always sending the same notification about change in IFSC code more than 10 times a month's and charging amount From my account, also charged 221rs for not there minimum balance for 1 month only I want my mony back other wise I am going to complaint to RBI do this injustice and put an panlity.

Updated by J Mahinder Rupees 350rs 3-4 months before and now 221rs was transferred from my BoB account without any Notice. I am a student and I need that...
