Bank Of Baroda — installment rescheduling of education loan

I have took education loan for b. Pharmacy in 2012 my loan ac no is [protected] also took loan for m. Pharmacy in 2017 (Loan ac. No. [protected])
Old loan ac showing npa status no updation from home branch
I request to my home branch (Kuldharan branch - 414402) for reschedule my installment from last six month but still no any reply form my home branch
Request you to please reschedule installment as my moratorium period ends on jan 2019 and revert it asap.
My cibil score is down due to this reason.
Request you to look into this matter & resolve as soon as possible
