DUE TO SOME PROBLEM MY FATHER DEATH 21 JAN 2015 ACCOUNT OPENING DATE 26/11/2014 BUT BANK ONLY ISSUE THE PASSBOK THEY HAVE NOT ISSUE THE ATM CARDS THEY HAVE NOT PROPER BEAHVE MY MOTHER AND ALL FAMILY WE HAVE ONLY ENQUIR AT PROPER FORM SUBMISSION PROCESS HOW THE FORM SUBMITTED ALL THE PROCEDURE OF BANK THEY HAVE ONLY COMMUNICATE ME & MY MOTHER TO U WILL NOT QULIFY THAT PROCESS & INSURANCE DUE TO U HAVE NOT USE THE ATM CARDS TRANSANCTION & BANKING TRANSANCTION BUT ATM HAVE NOT ISSUE BANK TRANSACTION ONLY BY BANK SLIP THEY SAYS THAT U R TRANSACTION NOT THRUOUGH ATM BUT NOT ISSUE BY BANK PLEASE DO THE NEEDFULL
