I am a NRE account holder (Cust ID[protected]of Baroda bank and staying outside of India so the internet banking is the only option i have to do all my transaction but from last over a month i am not able to login to my account because the OTP is not receiving on my mobile and therefore i cannot use my own money. i sent several mails to my branch and as well as NRI relation desk but my base branch RATLAM (MP) is unresponsive and not replying to any of my email also many times i try to make phone call to my branch but phone is just ringing. i call the NRI call center and spend a big money for 30 minute of ISD call but they are also telling me to contact your branch, your mobile number need to be update and only branch can do that. firstly i dont understand if everything was in order from last more than a year i also i never requested for any change then suddenly how my mobile number got corrupted in their system because on the same mobile i was receiving all the alert massages and OTP since i open this account. Now can anyone tell me if branch is not responding to emails and phone calls then how do i contact to my branch may be they want me to fly back to India spend thousands of dollars to resolve my my small problem.
