With respect I would to inform you that my newly issued ATM is not operational due to incorrect pin number. I have received the secret pin months ago but it wasn't the correct one. I have approached the branch but there is no good responds. I would be very glad if you kindly issue me a new ATM pin as soon as possible, and mail me through the registered email or the registered phone number. Thank you.
