I am not able to use the lien amount in my bank account. I want to be able to use 177 rupees which has been held as the lien amount. I have an account in the bank of baroda. My account no is [protected] and name is sonali anand. I am not rich that's why even if a meager amount is withdrawn from my account it will affect my general expenditure and savings, therefore, i kindly request you to see into the matter.
