I requested mobile number change on 4th April 2023. This was sent by the Officer from Dubai to Dahisar (W) branch. I sent 2 Reminders & the officer send 1 reminder. Until date the mobile no is not updated & also there is no response from the Dahisar (W) branch.
I am not able to login on my mobile as my new mobile no is still not updated.
I changed the mobile no. in another bank which in Mumbai, it took 1 hour & it was changed.
I am very unhappy to see such slackness in service in today's age.
I am writing this complaint to make on record my grievances & request the Branch in charge Madam Kalpana Parekh to take suitable action so my issue is resolved & also request to provide good & efficient services for customers. Was this information helpful? |
