Bank Of Baroda — money debited from account but atm did not dispense my cash

Sir,
I wanted to draw money from my bob debit card urgently and i went to sbi atm opposite rabindra bhawan, ambari, guwahati on 6/8/2019 at 5.24 pm. I wanted, 6000 and atm said wait your transaction is under process but in time it said transaction over but money did not come. It is debited to my account. Since then i am franctical. I am in great trouble as i wanted the money. I did contact the online portal of bob and they have registered a complaint on my behalf. But it is taking time and i can't track my complaint status, hence this mail.

Please help me out.

Dear sir,
Some one send me the money and shows there the transaction successful but we didn't received the money yet. Plz help me this matter.
