Bank Of Baroda — money deducted from my bank account. not received by receiver

Respected sir,
My name is g. Sunilkumarreddy i transferred 3500 rs via phone pe app on feb 1 st 2019 to another person.in my bank of baroda account money will be deducted. After two days it showing transaction is successful. But receiver first receive the money then it was reversed (Showing in statement) any one not get the money still now. I contacted phone pe regarding this but my problem was not resolved. I send the images of my transaction details and receiver sbi account statement.
