Bank Of Baroda — My account balance paid 5000 to the other customer

My a/c no.[protected] and my name is chandra devi my branch in dhanupur handia allahabad uttar pradesh.
From my saving account ₹ 5000 given to other customer with fake id proof and cashier Mr.Moharam khan and his mobile no.[protected]. Many times we have visited the branch but he is not responsing my case and this all matter was happen on dated 22/11/2016. And we have seen in the video clip one fake person has taken the amount but now all the staff members are not responsing to my case.
Sir please do the needful help to me
