Bank Of Baroda — my kyc are deleted by your bank | |||
Hi, I Kusum Devi is a regular customer of your bank. I was submitted my KYC many time to your bank whenever they required. I was regularly received my transaction alert SMS on my registered mobile. Then suddenly then told me that my mobile no is not registered with my saving account. How could it possible? they had done some mistake & blamed me that my my mobile no is not registered with my saving account. I got my new ATM card with chip but when I go to atm for changing ATM pin then I know about this issue. Now I am in Jamshedpur (Jharkhand) & my Account is with Mughalsarai(UP) Branch. Recently I have to go Mughalsarai(UP) Branch to just receive my new ATM Card. That Time I submit a application to update my Current Address of Jamshedpur for communication But they don't update it also. How can they so irresponsible about customer service. Why should I suffer for their mistakes? Presently I am not able to go Mughalsarai(UP) Branch to solve this issue due to my medical treatment & I need money for treatment urgently. 13/5/2019.ko yek fom bhara tha jisme mera purana vala mobile number kho gaya he to Maine apna now mobile number Update karne keliye yek fom diya tha bank of baroda me par bank vale mera kem nhi karte he sri.

My bank of baroda atm card got blocked even though I entered correct pin from looking at the pin provided to me while trying to withdraw some cash. I request you to please unblock my card.
