Hi, I was paying my BESCOM bills today, 15th April 2024 via the BESCOM website and chose net-banking option for Bank of Baroda, I made the payment of Rs. 7804.54 and it showed "Unsuccessful" try later BUT the money has been debited from the account. And while re-directing to BESCOM website, I got another error which looked like browser related. I sent an email to the BANK, BESCOM with no help yet. BESCOM at least replied asking for transaction details. etc. The due date to pay the bills is 17th April and I dont want to pay a penalty or make another payment again for something that is not my fault.
