Bank Of Baroda — New saving account opening

Hello sir, i am arun lahori from kashipur uttarakhand, pin code 244713. I want to say that, i went in b. O. B bazpur road kashipur branch for open new saving account for last 8 days but they said that please come tommorow 10 am. They dont open my mew account... So what can i do? So please take my view and inform somebody to solve out my problem. Thank you
