[Resolved]  Bank Of Baroda — No money received from ATM, amount deducted & bank not responding my grievance.

I am a savings account holder in your bank’s Shahpur branch, bearing account num. [protected]. On 10-dec-2020 at 10:15am, I was trying to withdraw money of Rs. 10000. /- from your bank’s ATM at Maruti galli, No cash came out of the ATM after going through all necessary options.
However, immediately I received a sms regarding the debit/deduction of amount from my account. I waited for some time to see if the amount got reversed back to my account, but no sms was received. Wherein I again checked about the transaction. Clearly, the debit of amount was only reflecting but there was no reversal. I gave application twice to bank directly dated 11-dec-2020 & 16-jan-2021, still not getting any response. It’s already been month I waiting for action.
I have attached the previous application given to bank also the sms screenshot of money debited.

After I posted my complaint, I received a call/message asking for my bank/credit card details...
Hi, BoB please help me remove my lien which is more than 6000. I was deported from delhi to my state manipur during lockdown. I jabe stayed in quarantine for like 3 and half month during this time my bank account got block which very important for me have bank account back and ise it again as of now I am in manipur mu home branch is munirka my registered phone number is [protected]
And bank bank account is[protected]. Please help me remove my lien balance i have open this account 2018. My email I'd is [protected]@gmail.com. please please help make my account work like before all this is due to covid which lead to no transaction or low balance. But not my fault.
i will cash 6500 in atm sattadhar cross road sola road branch and machine cash not deposit and not return atm also put in machine not removing please help
