Bank Of Baroda — Nodal officer not replying | |||
I invested some money in a investment app called Trading 212. I have requested withdrawal of 3000 $ but haven’t received yet. I have ARN number but cannot pull out any information with ARN. Why Indian banks cannot track ARN? I have sent an email to issue me a confirmation as requested from my trading platform, but I haven’t got a reply l. It has been a week now. Please I need help to get my money back. It’s a really big amount for me. It has been sent by trading 212, but bank of Baroda is not helping. I need a confirmation letter from bank that this ARN number is not sufficient to track funds. That’s it so that trading 212 can escalate this matter from their end.
