Bank Of Baroda — non functioning of e-statement

The Bank of Baroda has provided me e-statement which is not being opened after out efforts. I contacted the call centre and followed the instructions given by the officer and given on the e-mail but always the message derived that the pass word is not correct. I tried capital and small both ways but failed to open the statement. Might be some error in your software. Kindly send another statement which I can open.
