Bank Of Baroda — not accepting of 10 coins

Sir my name is vishal & account no-[protected]. I was submitting ₹520 in my account but bank denied to add two 10₹ coins as they told me that they have directions from regional banks but there is no such information neither on rbi site nor on regional bank site. So they just denied accordingly to their needs.
