Bank Of Baroda — Not credited interest to my PPF Account

Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: PPF Account
The issue that I have experienced was Interest for the period from 01 April 2021 to 31 March 2022 for above mentioned PPF Accounts is not credited till time. Interest to be credited in this account [protected]
PPF balance as on 05th January 2022 is Rs. 19, 87, 249. Withdrawal taken of Rs. 5, 30, 000 in the month Jan/Feb. Requested for premature closure on medical grounds on 23rd February 2022.
It occurred on: 5/04/2022
Efforts should be made to credit Interest for the period from 01 April 2021 to 31 March 2022.
The bank has closed my PPF account physically before 31st march hence annual interest due on PPF accounts was not credited to me.
In the month of April I personally visited my branch. The branch manager directed me to contact Mrs. Preeti Kumari for resolving my issue. Then after I met her personally 10 to 15 times in the branch but she talks unofficial that she doesn’t have staff and time.

This is pertinent to mentioned that I have already registered the issue of the complaint on ‘RESOLVER’ case : RES7307446
