Bank Of Baroda — Not getting a refund message after the transaction was time out but the money got deducted.

As i was trying to send Rs. 3000 to my friend by using BOB world app for the transaction . the transaction was not success but it shows that the transaction was deducted by my account. when i saw in my transaction history, the transaction was time out. Still i didnt get any refund message .
