Bank Of Baroda — not getting cash even if there is a transaction from atm

Sir, my name is deepak kumar. I am an account holder in your bank. My account number is[protected]. I paid an atm card at indian number 1 bank for withdrawing money from my atm card on 06/11/2018. My transaction 3000 rupee has a transaction id s81007836 but after the transaction i still did not get the cash. My atm card number is [protected], which i have applied for application in my branch twice but still not returning my cash that's why it is my grace to return my money to your beloved deepak kumar
