Dear Sir, I am having a bank account no. [last digit 4421] with Bank of Baroda, Modinagar. Before five days My account transactions have been freeze without any intimation or any kind of letter or call. Suddenly they have stopped my all transactions, due to this I have to pay penalty for Education fee for my child. I have immediately contact the Branch Manager, he has informed that you have to submit the KYC. You have not submitted KYC so we have stop your transactions. Before two days I have all reaady submitted my KYC Forms for their requirement. I am a account holder of 14 years . This is the example of very poor services. Thanking you
