Bank Of Baroda — Note retained by deposit machine

Sir, I Am Bilal went to deposit money in the bob bank indore manik bagh branch madhya pradesh . I deposit 10 notes of 500 denomination of 5000 and but sir when slip came it show that one notes have been retained by cdm and only 4500 rupees submitted in the account. Please consider my request and clarify the detail and please help me to get me the 500 denomination notes back to me or the account in which deposit the cash. I willl be grateful to you.
