I would like to inform you that I had made a payment towards my BOB Credit Card through CRED App with an Amount of Rs. 11000/- on 21 January 2022 with Order ID-8L0XEQPRGJWZ. and UTR - N[protected]
CRED informed me that your payment towards BOB Credit Card successful and it will reflect in your Credit Card payment status by 25 January 2022 . But still my BOB Credit Card payment not recieved. I informed BOB team 2-3 times at there mail, but they didnt reply back. Today 8 February 2022 BOB already 14 days late towards my payment and simply doing my mentally harrassment .
