With reference to letter received by bank of baroda dated 10/01/2018. We have, received response for non renewal of our policy no[protected]. Bank of baroda, patan branch had debited our account no [protected] for rs 7246/- on dated 10/03/2017 and issued a banker cheque no 520975 for rs 7246/-
We request you to issue a policy with continuity effect for last 4 year of
