I have the above mentioned account with your branch. I faced a problem on 6th february 2022 while doing transaction on my debit card. The amount had been deducted from my account but the receiver did not receive the amount and caused payment failure . Till now the deducted money does not refund to my account . So I kindly request you to look into the issue and solve my problem as soon as possible. All supporting documents have been attached with this application.
₹756.0 has been refunded to my Bank Account ending with ***********923 on Mar 09 with product reference number[protected] but I didn't receive it not come in account this refund.
