I need serious help actually transaction done by me on 15th march by using visa card 4547 amount of 1395.91 its failed on marchant side and they initiated refund on 20th march but amount still not reflected to my bank account according to them they successfully initiated the refund but it's not reflected to my account
After so many calls or creating a dispute but still good for nothing please after 14 days money is not reflected to my bank account now i have to take hard steps as well as
