Bank Of Baroda — refund money didn't reflect on my account

Refund on-23 may 2018 Placed an order on-03 may 2018 Raference no.-( hide ) Bank of baroda customer care informed me to wait for 14 working days so I waited after that there is no still reflect the amount on my account again I went to my branch (YUREMBAM, IMPHAL, MANIPUR) that day i.e 12 June 2018 there is no Manager on the office so I speak one of his employee about mines regarding my reference no.but I don't satisfied with his attitudes.Then I asked him how can I file a charge dispute but again his words are so o worst to me then I came out like a speechless.So, please kindly helping me out to get my refunded amount as soon as possible.
