Bank Of Baroda — Refund not processed | |||
Respected sir/ madam, My name is vimal modi & i m a customer of bank of baroda from last 15 yrs. My complain is regarding my “refund not process”. I had a purchase of mobile from amazone e commerce web site from 4th feb-2017 through bob debit card with the amount of rs-21, 014.31 with some additional product. But i m refuse the additional product of rs-1000. So amazone refund me of same amount on 7th feb-2017 that time amazone & bob both had no issue about refund process. But when i m going for refund for rs-20, 014.31. That time amazone told me that when they received their product then after they are give my refund. On 14th feb-2017 they are received their product & on 5th march-2017 they confirmed your refund is approved & processed. On 8th march-2017 they mailed me that your refund is successfully done & give me transaction & reference no for confirmation & also told me if the amount not credited in your account with in 5 working days you can call your bank cust care no or bank branch and give the reference no for inquiry. When i call cust care they totally deny & told me we had not this type complain facilities. So you can go to your branch and talk to your branch manager. Now the main things start. When i go to branch & told to branch employees they told me what to do? Why are you purchase online? Who told you for purchase? Now branch manager surprised me and when he told me that when you are going for payment through bob card, we are not attend you because bob card is not in our duty & bob card is not a part of bank of baroda. After these i m going to h. O of bank of baroda at ghod dod road, surat in it dept. They rudely told me that wait 45 days from the transaction date. So i m requesting you to please explain me that when amount rs-1000 refund me that time your policy is other & when the amount of rs-20, 014.31 your policy is other.
