Bank Of Baroda — refund not reflected in my account

Amazon paid refund on 18.11.2017 but still this payment is not reflected in my account.

These are reference no.
I had discussion with amazon customer care and also with customer care of bank of baroda but no solution for both reference no.
This is not way if amazon already refund that money than why such delay happen by bank side.
