Bank Of Baroda — regarding hardware error in cash deposit machine

Sir today on 2nd august 2017 i went to deposit 12000 in my account at chirawa branch of bob atm when i submitted money in box of that machine it took some time and showed hardware error and a slip in which no reference no was given so i contacted branch manager she said it will take some time and said to contact on bob toll free but when contacted they asked for reference no but it was not printed on the slip so no complain generated [protected]@gmail.com
