Bank Of Baroda — regarding money deducted from account on 04th september 2018

I,
I have an account in your esteemed bank, account number is [protected], customer id[protected], name - sumit bharti, new delhi dwarka sector 7 branch.

I did a transaction thru net banking and tried to transferred 25000/ inr to another account on 04th september 2018 (Transaction id[protected], the money got deducted from my account but did not got transferred to another account.
I would like to bring to your notice that i have been visiting your dwarka branch regularly and had been told that money will returned to my account soon, its been four months and i am going thru with lot of mental agony.
I have also given a written complaint to the bank manager as well.

I request you to please look into this matter immediately and please sort out this issue as soon as possible.
