Bank Of Baroda — Regarding online account disabled.

Dear sir, I am an employee in Jahangirabad institute of technology, Jahangirabad, Barabanki(UP).I have an account in your branch at Barabanki with A/C no.ending with 8838.Your branch provided me online banking password but after few days my online A/C became disabled then I did complaint to the concern branch but concern branch gave me no response, several time I did complaint to the branch but my problem is not solve yet.So I want to know what should I do.
