Bank Of Baroda — Regarding the cheque bounce

Hi my account number is [protected], branch :kamothe. Myi name is nitu subhash yadav. My cheque no 19 presented for amount 40, 000 was bounced on 1-06-17 even after sufficient balance in the account. I recieved a message on the registered mobile [protected] regarding the cheque bounce but didnt recive the message when cheque was presented for clearing. When had a word with bank executive and branch manager they said cheque was presented at 3pm and opening balance is considered. But even after sufficient balance around 11am in morning and if cheque was presented at 3pm in afternoon why my cheque bounced? At the same time as mentioned before why system did not sent me an message when cheque was presented for clearing. Please go through account details and clear my concern or i have to take this forward to rbi.
