Bank Of Baroda — renewal of fdr

I, s n sikka, ex staff member, having fdr a/c [protected] due for renewal since 05/08/2017 and the same was handed over to the bank for further renewal. On enquiring the staff dealing with fdr told that the system does not allow to give staff rate of intt. & senior citizen benefit. After one month has passed but the problem still continue. The reason stated to me that the software of finacle 10 is not clear to them. Kindly arrange to educate the staff to make the services better and to save the image of the bank.
