Sr i am a customer of bob since 2003 good bank sr, i requested for duipcate statement of my saving ac [protected] on 17/3/ 2016 but bank debited rs. 516 for d. s. i request you to refund rs 516 in my ac because i am a old customer of your bank . i am very thankful to you . all staff is good behaviour .They satisfied the customer deeply . Thanks all bob members with heart .
