Bank Of Baroda — Reversal of failed transaction date 26/04/2017

Sir i have a saving account in bank of baroda industrial estate branch mehsana gujarat. I have made a transaction on 26th april 2017 through my debit card and it was failed but amount was debited after continuous follow up till date my debited amount is not reversed. I have visited the branch twice and email the details on 9th may but till date no response from the bank.

Till date no response from the bank.

With reference to above subject kindly refund our wrongly debited amount from our saving account, the concern transaction history is as mention below.
