Bank Of Baroda — Reverse amount of money . I m complaining about my credit card membership fees

Here I am complaining about bank of Baroda credit card .
When they given me card last year they committed me there is no annual charge occurred and life time free membership. Now they given me the statement last week of 750+ gst annual membership fees. They misguided me .
Please reverse my amount back and free life time membership otherwise discontinued my card.
