Bank Of Baroda — Seeking resolution from Bank of Baroda & IndiaFirst Life documented pre-sale mismatch (refund requested)

On 26-Jun-2023, I emailed for IndiaFirst Guaranteed Pension Plan with payout from Year-7. Twelve minutes later, I was told a different product—LifeLong Guaranteed Income Plan with payout from Year-11—was being processed.
This was routed via my 93-year-old mother’s Bank of Baroda account (relationship ~55 years). No pre-issuance signed Benefit Illustration, signed proposal, or suitability/need analysis was provided/explained. The e-policy link (26-Jul-2023) still returns 404.
Result: A pension plan requested was not issued; instead, a different income plan was sold—unsuitable for a senior-citizen household.

Resolution requested: Cancel Policy 107*** and refund ₹10, 00, 064 (principal).
Evidence: Redacted screenshots of the 3:40 vs 3:52 emails and the 404 link.
Complaint ID: INSR[protected]. Escalated to IRDAI/Insurance Ombudsman.
