Bank Of Baroda — Send documents through a more trusted source | |||
My account no. [protected] opened on 06.02.2017. I had received ATM PIN, but not ATM card. I had received ATM pin password and Checkbook in my postbox which has no lock and key, and the postman did not even inform me. I received ATM card more than two weeks later in the post box without any notification from postman. The condition of the package was not good, almost torn. Ideally these documents should be handed directly to the person concerned, else should be send to the branch. There was no tracking details on any of the couriers(like which courier, courier contact number, etc). Please do send the documents through a more trusted source next time.
