I have tried to registered the complaint through Online Complaint Management System... But bank has not been accepting complaints online through an error message : Due to technical reasons your request for lodging complaint could not be completed
Hence I have sent mail on 27th Dec to rm.tamilnadubankofbaroda.com and raised the complaint... No reply or response...
My Savings account has been Freezed since April 2021 by Tata capital Finance loan repayment issue... I have been working in Qatar Hence I have submitted the required documents through email on Jun 2022...But no action has been taken...Hence I came to India and approached your branch to reopen my account... Now my query is charges related... you have charged multiple bounce charges... I have checked my loan accounts statements for bounced charges...I have submitted the same for your reference... Since May 2021 Total SI bounced for TATA Finance is 9 times and HDFC Home loan SI bounced 20 times …Hence total will be 29 Bounced... But the bank has deducted huge amount of approx. 15000/- rupees towards bounced charges... Please clarify the same and reverse the wrongly charged amount... Was this information helpful? |
