Bank Of Baroda — sms charges not require

I do not require sms alert facility in my sb account, but bank regular charging such charges. Sms given to banker as deact 8508 but no response.
Bank is debiting such charges even after giving it in writing so many times.

As i have not having so many transaction with banker and banker regularly debiting such charges. As i do not require such sms facility withmy mobile

my a/c no [protected] with bob pij road branch nadiad, gujarat have been open in november, after a month i visit branch for my debit card and cheque book which not deliver to me, at that time the staff person told me that it will arrive shortly, but still not arrived so do needfull
