Bank Of Baroda — transaction failed but money debited from account.

While ordering msi gl series laptop from flipkart on 28/5/18, through online payment by debit card card of bank of baroda, payment failed but money was debited from my bank account. I contacted flipkart help centre, they told that payment was failed so money is with bank. It will be refunded within 8hours. But till it's not been refunded. Total amount was rs71, 990.

Please provide is such a information about my refund initiate by amazon amount reference no. This amount does not reflect in my bank of baroda account (acc.number [protected])

Refund of Rs 5425 issued on 8-May, will reflect in your bank by 12-May for Pvt. banks and 18-May for Govt. banks: Ref# 812117984565 But this amount does not reflect in my account 32098100001695 bank of baroda please help me
