I had made a transaction through niki application but transaction has been failed. They have quoted a statement.

Also, upon checking with our partner came to know that the bill payment got failed at the operator end due to reconciliation. This is certainly not what we want our customers to experience. That said, we have successfully processed the refund back to your source account.
