Sir i have applied for mobile banking in my a, c no 184901/5651 on 14/09/2017 the branch bhotia parao haldwani did the needful on the same day and i got a message over my two mobiles that updation will be done within two days again on 15/9, 2017 two sms received that the updation will be done within two days again the same message was repeated on 19/09/2017 that updation will be done within two days. But till date no updation has been done. I want to know that till 14/09/2017 how many two days will be required for updation. I am a ex staff of your bank and applied for mobile banking on my aforesaid bank account sole id (5825) i had approached to operations. Cbs on mail and also mailed the matter to dgm digital banking but till date no action has been taken the branch has cooperated but it has to be done by the data center. May i request you to please expedite the matter at the earliest. And i should be at least informed that in how many days my problem will be resolved
