Bank Of Baroda — upi transfer failed but money deducted.

My name is pramila sharma. My bank of baroda account number is [protected]. And my upi reference number is[protected]. Rs 2000/- was deducted on my account on11july 2019 due to failed of bhim upi transaction. But now also money was not iniciated or not reversed in my account. And talk customer care also they didn't help me.
Kindly help me into these matter. Please sir.
