[Resolved]  Bank Of Baroda — Very efficient in doing nothing

I have sent an email to your customer service and Gm operations HO on 17.02.2021 then added customer service HO on 18.02.2021, namely Mr. Poluri Srinivasa Reddy. General Manager (Operations & Services) Bank of Baroda, Head Office,

Since then I am requesting him and his team to at least acknowledge my request message. But it seems they all are very very very busy.

Therefore, now I am putting extra effort to raise my voice and trying to put up my complaint to all of you and hope that someone from you must help me resolve this issue.

NO MATTER IF YOUR EFFICIENT? OVER BUSY? TEAM MEMBERS DOES NOT ACKNOWLEDGE MY MESSAGE EVEN AFTER THIS REQUEST.

AND HOPE SOMEONE FROM YOU WILL SURELY HELP ME.

They have sent another correct cheque book and reversed the cheque book charges. But they did not send any email or called to update that they have reversed the charges.
Bank of Baroda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

on 24.02.2021 some one called from mobile no 96876xx779 who said he is the manager of vapi town branch but did not mentioned his name and even did not bothered to update on the reason of delay in acknowledging my messages.

he said the cheque book should have mentioned all names but do not know what was wrong. then he suggested to submit a new request at his branch manually for a fresh cheque book on my behalf.
on the next day i received SMS that Rs. 71.00 is charged for the cheque book.

upon the intimation, I immediately sent an email to all the above email ids, requesting them to reverse the charges being wrongly charged. Because I think I have applied for cheque book after more than a year. the saving bank account are eligible to get cheque books without charge minimum 1 cheque book a year.

And as normal practice of bank of baroda EMPLOYEES (or OWNERS?) I am still reminding them everyday to ACKNOWLEDGE my email and reverse the charges WRONGLY charged.

If this same matter was with some other GOOD banks there are many names to mention ... I would not had to even approach this website.

It is very unfortunate that for such a small matter of issue of cheque book I have to approach almost all the Nodal officers of Bank of baroda and in stead of resolving the issue they have WRONGLY charged me and as per bank of baroda EMPLOYEES' legacy of doing nothing they have not acknowledged the email.

I am following up this issue since 17.02.2021 since the day I received the wrong cheque book.
