Dear Sir / Madam,

Greetings for the day !!!

Unable to understand, how to share my views in recent times, whenever visit to my home branch B E College - Shibpur ( branch code 4185 ) !!!

Poor ! pathetic ! embarrasing ! disgusting service by your branch front desk officer along with the concerned branch manager ...don't know how to speak with the customers ! how to behave rather !!
Probably forgotten that due to this type of callous attitude, future of many nationalized banks are at stake, many banks have lost their self identity !!!

Now coming to the main point ...

I had issued multiple cheques starting from #71135, #71136, # 71130, # 71138, # 71139, #71131 ...
Surprisingly, cheque no. 71131 got returned due to Drawer's signature differs whereas the rest of the instruments were honoured !!! moreover, 354/- charges has also been levied against the same, though the same signature was there in all these instruments ...

When I enquired of it to the branch, your front desk officer rudely told me that it is the mistake of the passing officer and he has nothing to do ..didn't co-operate with me and most ridiculously the branch manager is also the same category !!!

May I know whether the management is eager to run the branch in a proper way replacing these callous people or whatever the customer service is there, okay with !!!

The attitude problem of these staffs is so rude that they didn't update my passbook despite taking it 10 minutes prior the discussion for updation --- the logic is same " Printer is not working properly " ...

Now, it is up to your consideration, whatever you decide ..please let me know so that I can think for the next course of action ..
