My name is preetal chaudhari. Rs 22017 debited from my account on 28/09/2017 @ around 18:05 which showed message "transaction failed" in lieu of payment to be made for icici credit card. Request you to kindly credit this amount which is rs.22017 in my account. Looking for quick response from your side.

Dear team,
IFSC code mention in passbook on only top main page and it should be clear visible.
kindly mention IFSC code in 2nd main page also.

suggestions if possible -it's better account no.and ifsc code mention on each page at top margin of passbook.
