Bank Of India — account using for cheating people

Hai sir this is sarath from kerala
Bank of india, a/c no-[protected], a/c no-bhumi sudhar training center, ifsc code-bkid0006043, branch-mayur vihar ph-1
The above said account been used for cheating job seekers by assuring job in bhumi sudhar nigam. They are charging 1100 for that.
I am expecting stringent action againist them

Sir,
My father have account in BOI kandalgao, tal.south solapur branch. SB 5234 is his account no.We haven't got any kind of help from the branch staff.Also they denied to give me atm & cash book form without presence of my father.Also the staff behaviour with us was really horrible.Please help me with this matter...
