Bank Of India — Amount debited but not dispense from ATM

Respected sir / madam
On 04.08.2022
I have tried to withdraw a money rs5500/- with my Andhra bank debit card (union Bank of India ) in bank of India ATM, Amount was debited from my bank account but Amount not dispensed out, i have given written complaint on 08.08.2022 in bank, still i didn't got any credit so please help me on this 5500 is my family maintenance purpose
